Since 1980, when Richmond Gardner began building solar green houses, energy

conscious design has been the cornerstone of our building process. In the past few

years, we have seen a surge of interest in sustainable technologies. Rising energy

prices have significantly reduced payback periods for these applications, making

them practical for a wider range of our customers.

Present

Today, we are integrating energy-efficient systems and sustainable elements into our

building projects. We offer a depth of experience incorporating super-insulated

structures with healthy air exchange and green building materials and techniques.

From Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) to low Volatility Organic Compound (VOC)

paints, we are committed to producing beautiful, high-performing, healthy homes. Our

relationship with Amvic® allows us to bring our customers ICF products in a more

timely and cost efficient way.

Future

We are constantly exploring new technologies and systems that challenge our view

of what is possible. We believe that applying leading-edge approaches to help our
